A clear pathway from Grass Roots to Masters

  • The National Gymnastics League began with a single, focused idea: to create a meaningful league competition for gymnasts training between two and ten hours per week — a group that makes up a significant percentage of the gymnastics community, yet has historically had limited access to consistent, national-level competition.

    That original idea has grown into a connected national framework made up of seven aligned pathways, each designed around how gymnasts actually train and what they want from competition.

    Pre-School and Schools introduce movement and structured gymnastics early; Recreational offers accessible, club-based competition; General League and Performance League provide regional and higher-level league competition leading to National Finals; University League keeps students engaged through their studies; and Masters gives adult gymnasts a clear, respected place within the same national system.

    All pathways share consistent judging, national data collection, and a commitment to high-quality competition experiences, ensuring that performances are meaningful and comparable across the country.

    The National Gymnastics League is evolving from a single competition idea into a sustainable national framework — one that supports clubs, values every gymnast, and reflects the diversity, commitment, and ambition of the modern gymnastics community.
