JUDGE CONFIDENTIALITY & VIDEO ACCESS AGREEMENT

National Gymnastics League — Judge Access & Confidentiality Contract

As an NGL judge, you will be granted restricted access to children’s competition videos for the sole purpose of scoring routines.

To comply with UK GDPR and safeguarding standards, you must agree to the following:

1. Confidentiality

  • All videos and scoring information are strictly confidential.

  • You may not discuss the content with anyone except NGL officials.

2. No Downloading or Copying

You must NOT:

  • Download any video

  • Screenshot or screen-record any video

  • Copy, photograph, or reproduce any video

  • Store videos on any personal device

  • Share videos via any platform

  • Show videos to anyone else in the room you are judging in

All access must take place within the secure NGL portal.

3. Access Restrictions

  • You will only access videos assigned to you.

  • Your login is personal and must not be shared.

  • Access will be time-limited and removed after judging.

  • Devices used must have up-to-date antivirus/security.

4. Safeguarding

  • You confirm you hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate (child workforce).

  • You agree to follow the NGL Safeguarding Policy.

  • Any safeguarding concern seen in a video must be reported immediately.

5. Data Protection

You acknowledge that all videos are children’s personal data, protected under UK GDPR.

You agree to:
✔ Process the videos only for judging
✔ Not retain any data after access is removed
✔ Report any technical or security issues immediately

6. Breach of this Agreement

Any breach may result in:

  • Removal from judging duties

  • Reporting to British Gymnastics

  • Possible referral to DBS and regulatory authorities

  • Legal action where appropriate
