Care Better

People first. Always.

  • Gymnastics clubs are people-centred environments. Gymnasts, parents, coaches and volunteers all need to feel safe, supported and listened to. The Care Better pillar focuses on creating consistent, safeguarding-led cultures where welfare is embedded into everyday practice — not treated as a compliance exercise.

By sharing best practice and aligned approaches, clubs can reduce risk, improve experiences and build long-term trust with families.
